This presentation is geared toward employee assistance providers and other clinical professionals. It discusses how to address career issues with individuals, navigate marketplace trends in the workplace, and build a professional team approach to help employees win at work.

Kelley A. Joyce, MBA, CPC is the CEO and founder of The Truth at Work, Inc. She is a former senior executive in global technology public relations and knows well how to face the demands of running operations, securing clients, and managing teams. Facing physical and emotional burnout, she pivoted to career coaching 13 years ago where she now empowers professionals to face those same challenges.

This presentation is appropriate for: clinical professionals, psychologists, therapists, counselors, and social workers.

OBJECTIVES: After this in-person workshop, you will be able to:

1. Build a collaborative approach to client’s career management.

2. Own awareness of current marketplace trends and how to integrate these into practice.

3. Utilize effective approaches to dealing with common career issues.

4. Name resources and tools to help with Career Path, Job Search, and Job Performance.
