DBT Weekend Intensive


Please join us for a 2 Day Skills Workshop!

We will be exploring the origins of DBT, getting a deeper understanding of the 4 modules, and learning how to implement it in your own practice.

Lexi Mulee, MA, LMHC, CASAC-T,  is a licensed mental health clinician in the state of New York and specializes in areas of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and applying it with populations including substance use disorders, eating disorders and borderline personality disorders.

OBJECTIVES

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1) Identify the different skills used within the Mindfulness, Distress Tolerence, Emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness modules of DBT

2) Understand how and why DBT skills work clinically

3) Implement DBT skills into own practice and use with Case conceptualization

4) Share necessary DBT skills with clients/team when needed
